Dear Pastor,
Thank you for your service to the Kingdom! The Evangelism, Prayer and Executive Committees of the Mobile Baptist Association have set a goal to pray for every person in Mobile County through prayer walking every street between October 2016 and October 2017.
Can you imagine the impact that simultaneous prayer will have over the entire County? Andrew Murray famously said:
“The man who mobilizes the Christian church to pray will make the greatest contribution to world evangelization in history.”
Prayer walking (or driving) every street is a huge undertaking and we need your help to make it a reality. Please visit, prayerwalk.mobilebaptists.org, to join us by registering and reporting the streets you will, or already have, prayer walked.
You will also find a recommended process and resources for training members. For simplicity, we suggest each church choose the pages they wish to prayer walk using the Keith Map Service 2016 Street Atlas of Mobile County. We know you are busy, so please provide information for a contact person other than yourself if you wish.
Please join us to launch this effort during the annual session October 6, 2016, 5:45 p.m. at Woodridge Baptist Church. Please watch the MBA News Alerts for simultaneous prayer walking weekends and prayer rally events, including January 14-15, 2017.
Remember God’s promise in Joshua 1:3: Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you (KJV). The prayer of our committees is what was true physically of Joshua will become true spiritually for us.
