Pro-Life Legislative Day 2014
Dear Pro-Life Churches and Leaders:
THE DATE TO REMEMBER IS TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2014. Attached is the flyer from Alabama Citizens for Life announcing this year's Pro-Life Legislative Day at the State House in Montgomery.
If at all possible, your presence would be of enormous value! If you cannot go, however, phone calls, emails, and faxes sent (preferably on that date or just before) would be a great substitute! PLEASE LET OUR LEGISLATORS KNOW THAT ALABAMA IS PRO-LIFE AND ALABAMIANS WANT ACTION ON THAT PRINCIPLE! Contact information is easily available on the web; or, optionally, feel free to contact me at 661-8117 (phone) or 581-2447 (phone or text) for assistance.
Alabama Citizens for Life, our state's NRLC affiliate, considers this a major yearly project of great assistance in successfully guiding our pro-life slate through the overcrowded legislative calendar. Your help will be deeply appreciated!

Minister Survey Request
Scott Douglas, a student pastor in Kentucky is looking to do some follow-up research from his doctoral thesis. He is interested in the career plans of SBC ministers who are not senior pastors. His hope is to turn this into a journal article and present it as a paper at a ministry leadership conference in the fall. The hope is through that, help the churches of the SBC raise up healthy and effective leaders.
He asks for ministry staff members (but not the Senior Pastor) to take about 10 minutes of their time to fill out the survey. All information will be kept in the strictest confidentiality. Below is the link to the survey.
