Airport Boulevard Adult Choir Presents Bethlehem Morning December 15, 2013
The Christmas Musical, Bethlehem Morning will be presented Sunday, December 15, 6:00 p.m. at Airport Boulevard Baptist Church (6301 Airport Blvd.). Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend this great night of celebration.
Bethlehem Morning tells the miraculous story of Christmas through traditional carols and Christmas favorites, but also reminds us that the story of God's love didn't stop there. 1 John 4:10 says, “This is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.” Jesus came for us when He was born in Bethlehem, and it was for us He went to Calvary.

…the mission team from your church was detained by a foreign government?
…a volunteer on your team was held by criminals in a foreign country?
…a natural disaster interrupted travel plans for your team?
…a volunteer became seriously ill or injured on the field?
ALL of these situations have occurred with Alabama Baptist Teams!
“Crowning Shield” has you covered!
This service, provided by the State Board of Missions through Cooperative Program gifts, offers a 24/7 emergency hotline for overseas travelers to call - not just in the event of a natural disaster or health contingency, but also in the event of a government detention or in a hostage situation when who is answering that call can really make a difference. If necessary, the SBOM Crisis Action Team can be activated to help manage the crisis.

7 Churches Tour and Team May 19-29, 2014
Join us May 19-29, 2014 for our third Team/trip to Turkey. We will tour the 7 churches of Revelation 2-3 while impacting the culture. This year we are adding Nicea and Troy. Local cost of $1,300 includes tourist visa, all local housing, transportation and food. Airfare from Mobile to Istanbul is currently $1.250. So total expenses are $2,550. Let Bro. Thomas know of your interest. A $1,250 deposit is due by January 15, 2014 (when we purchase tickets). Final payment of $1,300 is due by April 1, 2014. It is rewarding to share as we go. It is incredible to walk the actual streets in Ephesus where Paul and John worked and Luke practiced medicine. This would be a GREAT CHRISTMAS or ANNIVERSARY PRESENT for your pastor and other staff.
