FAQs about the ILS

ILS Sponsorship Program

Our area churches are welcome to visit any of the 3 locations.

The purpose of the ILS is to use ESL as a way to develop friendships with Internationals and to share the love of Christ. Additionally, the International Ministries seeks to start churches for every nationality living in Mobile County. The ILS is an outreach arm of the International Ministries.

If you are interested in being a part of reaching the nations here in Mobile, please call Melanie Brents (see above) or email Buddy Bretns, the Director of International Ministries and Church Planting.

These classes are made possible by scholarships given from the MBA, local churches, companies and individuals. You can sponsor a student for $100/year. Other ongoing needs include refreshments at each of the sites. Items such as crackers, cookies (homemade or store bought), individually wrapped candies, chips, and 2 liter drinks are appreciated. Contact Melanie Brents if you would like to donate. All monetary gifts are tax deductible.
