This conference considers means of prevention and supervision that help prevent incidents of sexual misconduct in the church. Further consideration is given to responding when an incident of sexual misconduct occurs. More and more of our churches are having registered sexual offenders visit and request membership. What is the best way to handle this? That question is answered.

This conference presents an approach to aging designed to promote well-being in later life. This will help the senior adult leader as he or she develops programs that key into one of the seven strategies: find meaning, keep leaning, discover sources of wisdom, strengthen relationships, give and accept help, forgive yourself and others, and develop a grateful attitude. State missionary Eileen Mitchell will lead this conference.
